Terms of use
By using avidia.ch, you accept these terms. They govern access to the platform, the publication of listings and introductions between sellers, landlords and buyers.

1. Comprehensive analysis of your dossier
Partenaire clients can request this paid service separately. It remains optional and requires explicit confirmation of the fee. With Boost, the analysis is included at no extra charge. The plan’s minimum commission remains unchanged.

The discount offer is reserved for eligible Partenaire sellers. The rate expressly accepted for the request remains applicable; no discount is applied retroactively to a request already confirmed.
2. Follow-up, renewals and visibility
A separate midpoint interest report is sent for Partenaire and Boost, based on the active duration measured by the official counter. Suspension periods postpone this milestone. Statistics reflect the data actually recorded; missing monthly history is not reconstructed.

Extend your Partenaire mandate by six months, keeping its terms and commission.
Boost renewal · CHF 450 excl. VAT / 3 months
Extend your Boost mandate by three months. A new comprehensive analysis is not automatically carried out at each renewal.
Boost visibility extension · CHF 300 excl. VAT / 3 months
Three additional months of publication with Boost visibility, keeping your Partenaire plan and terms.
This extension covers only your listing’s visibility. A comprehensive dossier analysis is not included.
Boost visibility is independent of the commercial plan. A visibility extension does not turn a Partenaire mandate into a Boost mandate or change its commission or the commercial terms already agreed.
No automatic renewal. Avidia will review your request; the extension will only be activated after the agreement and payment have been checked.
An online request is neither a payment nor evidence that the new agreement has been signed.
3. Purpose
Avidia offers listing publication and introductions for the transfer of businesses, business assets and commercial premises in Switzerland. Services depend on the plan and agreement with the seller. The sale contract is concluded between the parties concerned.
4. One account
Listings and guides can be viewed freely. An account is required to save favourites, create alerts, request an information pack or publish a listing. There is only one account type: each user can use the same account as a buyer, tenant, seller or landlord.
Users warrant that their contact details are accurate, are responsible for keeping their access confidential and agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes connected with a genuine transfer or acquisition project.
5. Publishing listings and moderation
Each listing and every change are checked before publication. Avidia may adapt, suspend or remove content that could identify or locate the seller or enable direct contact. The seller is informed of adjustments to maintain an accurate and confidential presentation.
Listing authors warrant that they are authorised to offer the business or premises, that the information and figures provided are accurate and that they hold the rights to the published photos. They grant Avidia a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute the listing on the platform and its channels, including alert emails, social media and sharing preview images.
The listing shows a region or city approved by Avidia. Geographic coordinates, the exact address and the seller’s contact details are not disclosed to the public.
6. Information pack requests and confidentiality
By requesting an information pack, users agree to treat all information received, including accounts, lease, seller identity and address, as strictly confidential, to use it solely to assess a possible acquisition and not to disclose it to third parties without written agreement. This undertaking constitutes a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) within the meaning of Article 1 CO and survives the end of the use of the platform.
Avidia reviews enquiries and arranges introductions with the seller’s consent. Buyers agree not to bypass Avidia to contact the seller or arrange a visit without Avidia’s written consent. The publication terms detail these commitments.
7. Indicative valuation
The valuation tool provides a purely indicative value range, calculated using sector multiples and data declared by the user. It is neither an expert appraisal, an accounting or tax valuation, nor a commitment to a price. A personalised expert analysis is offered separately and may result in a different value.
8. Prices and paid services
Consultation and preparation services remain free.
Boost: CHF 600.– excl. VAT in initial fees; 12% of the sale price, minimum CHF 8'000.– excl. VAT; 3-month exclusive mandate. Payable upon publication.
Partenaire: CHF 300.– excl. VAT in initial fees; 10% of the sale price, minimum CHF 8'000.– excl. VAT; 6-month exclusive mandate. Payable upon publication.
All offer amounts are exclusive of tax.
Commission is the higher of the agreed percentage and the minimum. The minimum is not added to the percentage. Initial fees are added to the commission. Previously accepted agreements retain their terms.
No automatic renewal or additional period after the mandate ends. Terms are presented before any commitment. Read the publication terms.
Journal articles and newsletters provide general, dated information with sources. They do not replace legal, tax or financial advice or an individual assessment. Applicable rules depend on factors including your activity, canton and circumstances; check official sources before making a decision.
Newsletter subscription is separate from account creation and acceptance of these terms. It is optional, based on your chosen category and language, and can be withdrawn in your profile or through the unsubscribe link in each message.
10. Liability
Avidia provides the platform “as is” and takes reasonable measures to ensure its availability and security, without guaranteeing any result. Avidia is not liable for the accuracy of listings, the conclusion or performance of transactions, or indirect loss.
To the extent permitted by law, Avidia’s liability is limited to gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
11. Suspension and termination
Users may request deletion of their account at any time. Avidia may suspend or close an account with immediate effect if these terms are breached, the platform is misused or fraud is suspected.
12. Data protection
The processing of personal data is described in our privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the courts at Avidia’s registered office, subject to mandatory statutory jurisdictions, particularly those protecting consumers.
