Terms and conditions
Publication and support terms
Clear terms for presenting your business with confidence and arranging its transfer with Avidia.
Last updated:
1. A presentation that protects your business
Autonomie allows sellers to publish their own photos and, with explicit consent, their website and Google Maps links. Partner, Boost and Custom listings use clearly labelled Avidia illustrations; links remain private. The public location remains approximate. Additional information is optional and only completed details are displayed.
2. Review and approval
Every listing and every change require administrative approval before publication. To preserve confidentiality and site quality, Avidia may reword, crop or remove content, or suspend or delete a listing that risks identification or direct contact. The seller is informed of adjustments; essential facts and figures are not changed without their consent.
3. The plans
Self-service: CHF 650 per month of publication on Avidia, in one-month periods, without exclusivity or sales commission. Partner: CHF 1,000, 3 months of exclusivity, enhanced publication and search visibility, plus 15% of the total sale price for a sale during the contractual period. Boost: CHF 1,500, 5 months of exclusivity and 12% of the total sale price for a sale during the contractual period; premium homepage listings with automatic scrolling, a full analysis by our expert in a weekly article, and presentation to Avidia’s partners. A custom offer may be agreed in writing.
4. Confirmation before publication
The selected plan is recorded when submitted. Before publication, Avidia confirms an agreement with the seller specifying the contracting entity, scope, dates, fees, applicable VAT, payment and, where relevant, the commission basis and when it becomes due. Submission alone does not start exclusivity. This form makes no automatic charge. Rental commission terms require a custom offer.
5. Exclusivity and contacts
During the agreed exclusivity period, the seller entrusts marketing to Avidia, forwards any direct approach and agrees to involve Avidia in any sale, including where the seller found the buyer. The agreed commission terms apply subject to the mandate and mandatory law. Statutory termination rights are reserved; no clause makes the mandate irrevocable.
6. Contacts arranged by Avidia
A dossier request and the confidentiality checkbox do not grant access to private information. An administrator must verify the buyer’s signed contract, retain the evidence and authorize access for the specific listing. Access can be revoked or time-limited. Avidia arranges discussions and visits.
7. Promotion and distribution
Promotional materials, articles and partner presentations follow the same confidentiality rules as the public listing. Boost includes an analysis and presentation in one article in Avidia’s weekly series, according to an agreed schedule; it does not promise a new article every week about the same business. Identifying information is shared only through authorised, managed exchanges.
8. Our commitment and the end of the agreement
Avidia uses the agreed means to seek a successor without guaranteeing a sale or completion date. At expiry, publication and benefits linked to the contractual period end. The seller may enter a new agreement with Avidia or choose other alternatives. Renewal is never automatic. Removing a listing does not itself settle obligations already arising under the agreement; termination terms and mandatory rights remain applicable.
9. Accurate information
The seller warrants the right to offer the property or business, the accuracy of the information supplied and the rights to the images. Confidentiality review is not a technical, accounting or legal assessment, nor a guarantee of the condition of premises, equipment, defects or reputation. The checks and declarations needed for the transaction are arranged separately.
