Frequently asked questions

Answers to the questions sellers ask.

Can I prepare my listing before publishing it?

Yes. Save a draft, complete your description and choose photos at your own pace. Your listing becomes public after submission and approval.

Which information is publicly visible?

After approval, the listing shows non-identifying photos, a sufficiently broad city or region, a short description and the useful figures you choose to share. The name, exact address and contact details remain confidential. Avidia may adapt or remove recognisable content and explains the changes to you.

How long does it take to sell?

Avidia uses the services agreed in your plan to seek a successor, without guaranteeing a sale. At expiry, you are free to choose a new agreement or other alternatives. Renewal is never automatic.

Which documents should I prepare?

Start with a business description, a few photos and the main figures available. You can complete the listing and prepare confidential documents with Avidia before any authorised disclosure.

Can I sell the property along with the business?

State what you are offering: the business, the premises or both. Choose the appropriate category and clearly describe what the sale includes.

How can I keep track of interested buyers?

Track enquiries under My contacts. Avidia remains the buyers’ point of contact and arranges introductions with your consent. Contact details are not shared automatically.
