Can I prepare my listing before publishing it?

Yes. Start with the preliminary request. Avidia reviews it, invites you to verify your identity and sends the contract after that check. Add to the same dossier at your own pace. Publication follows review of the signed contract and your presentation.

Which information is publicly visible?

After approval, the listing shows non-identifying photos, a sufficiently broad city or region, a short description and the useful figures you choose to share. The name, exact address and contact details remain confidential. Avidia may adapt or remove recognisable content and explains the changes to you.

How long does it take to sell?

Avidia publishes and distributes your listing according to your plan, without guaranteeing a sale or its timing. At expiry, you can choose a new contract or other alternatives. There is no automatic renewal.

Which documents should I prepare?

No documents are required in the first form. After Avidia’s invitation, submit your identity information on the website. You can then add useful business information and documents, according to what you wish to share.

How can I keep track of interested buyers?

View requests and their status in My contacts. Access to private information and disclosure of contact details remain subject to the required authorizations.
